No, we do not. Only inside of the United States.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. All packages will be delivered with signature confirmation.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Most orders are prepared and shipped out within 3 business days.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.

Are all the items you sell authentic?
All items are 100% authentic. We do not sell fakes or counterfeits.

No, we do not accept trades or size swaps.

Does Koolectible Kicks buy shoes outright?
We do “cash out” for shoes for a reasonable negotiated price.

Who sets the product prices?
Prices are based on what the item sells for at market value. We price items to move quickly.

Does Koolectible Kicks accept items for consignment?
We do not accept any items for consignment.
